How Cosmetics Case Can Increase Your Sales

When looking to increase your sales, and therefore your income too, it is always good to try and grow your base of customers. One smart way to do this is by creating a case (or you could use a wicker basket) of products that you can leave with people for them to try and give you their feedback.

Getting testimonials from people about the products is an important part of this method of sales. Also, by simply giving potential customers the opportunity to try the products and let you know what they think, they do not feel any pressure. Many might well ask about purchasing the products from you.

Along with the products you should always leave a catalogue, and you can even put little post-it notes in there to mark the pages where the products appear.

Other info they will need is your contact number and email, your website if you have one and the day you will want the products back, we think 3 days is ideal amount of time.

Products To Include

Include popular items (have a look at Top 10 section when you log in to your FM account to see current best sellers) like Aloe range cleaner, toner or gel, 3 in 1 Facial Cleaner, B-Glucan Moisturising Body Balm, Skin Lab Mattifying Face Cream, Soothing & Refreshing Foot Gel and of course some fragrances.

For hygiene reasons, you only want to include sample or full-size products which can be used by more than one person. For example, you would not put a Phenomenal Mascara in the case, but the Automatic Brow Pencil would be fine as it has a sharpener on it.

Other make up that would be ideal is Silicone Base, Advanced Foundation, CC Cream Colour & Care or Fruity Lip Gloss.

Household product cases can work well, Glass Cleaner, Drain Cleaner, Degreaser Extra Power, Vivid Colours Laundry Liquid or Limescale & Rust Remover Gel.

Where To Leave Cases

You can start with some of your friends, and perhaps also ask them to take the products into their work for their colleagues to try. You could leave some with neighbours, parents at the school or local businesses that you already know you (places you buy products or services from).

If you are feeling more confident, you could try it in salons, offices and other work places that you don't know. Leaving it with the receptionist or other responsible person.

Whether you know the place you are leaving it or not, always give the responsibility to one person to get others to try the products and collect the products and testimonials back for you.

Give product cases a try yourself and let us know about the feedback you get. If you found this info helpful, please feel free to share it.
